As Resident Director and Team Leader of an Indian consortium of Designers (including, Architect, Structural Engineer, Services Consultants, Project and Construction Management Consultants) executed the largest building project in Bangladesh, Dhaka, for the largest private university of the country (North south University), . It is centrally air conditioned University Campus catered for 6000 students, having a built up area of 1.3 million Sqm, with 4-10 storey and rest 8 storey buildings and 3 level basement having foot print area of 17500 Sqm.
Hyatt Regency Goa, currently known as Park Hyatt is another important land mark. The project is executed at a very fast pace, structure for 30,000 sq m built in 9-months. The Mock-Up room received appreciation from the highest body of the Hyatt Chain and was considered as one of the best of its kind.
A prime success story is the construction of the Capital Court; an office complex received the highest degree of appreciation not only from Indian experts but also from the specialists who came to review the building from abroad on behalf of future occupants. The project was completed by an in-house project management team with four engineers beside me and had no cost over run, marginal (5%) over shooting of time, excellent quality control, no accidents, and no contractual claims.
The project received appreciation from Construction Journal of India in an article published by them. While assessing the rating of the office complex on behalf of one of MNC, Mr. Seewald states that "This is an office building that could be found any where in Europe and which could contribute to the optical city landscape. The construction and technical condition can be rated good to very good. To buy or rent this building can be recommended unconditionally."
Acquired in depth knowledge for industrial projects of variegated nature, different magnitude, built in concrete or steel, with facilities of wide spectrum attached.

3-nos 225 M tall chimney for N.T.P.C. at Ramagundam . On behalf of the contractors responsible for over all co-ordination and execution
Modi-Xerox Plant at Rampur. Posted at site on behalf of the Project Management consultants. Responsible for design co-ordination, planning and progress monitoring, quality control, cost control and all regular business at site.
Caustic Soda Plant at Palamou, Bihar, for Bihar Caustic (an A.V. Birla Group of Company). On behalf of the contractors completed the project in 24 months.
Cement Plant at Hazaribagh Bihar. As a turnkey project furnished structural designs and completed the civil works in 20 months.
Base Workshop for C.R.P.F for their campus at Ranchi. Project executed for C.P.W.D. on behalf of the contractors.
Extension of the Seamless Tube Plant for Indian Tube Co. Jamshedpur. The extension was carried out without affecting the running of the plant, involved 1500 M.T of steel.
Main Plant building of the Variable Energy Cyclotron Project for BARC at salt lake Calcutta. Project executed on behalf of the contractors.

Capital Court- The state of the art commercial complex (a Lalbhai Group project) in the outer ring road, N Delhi. As project in charge in the capacity completed the project from the very inception. Did necessary co-ordination between architects, services and structural consultants, facilitated the selection of the contractors of all the discipline through the pre-qualification criteria, prepared Tender Documents and adjudication report. For selection of various equipments and plants applied the A.H.P. Completed the project in 22 months (2 months more than the targeted time limit, due to reasons beyond control) without any cost over run, and with high quality standard.
Main Office Indian Oil Corporation - Marketing, Northern Region. The 12-story office complex with all modern facility was completed as head of the project team on behalf of the Project Management Group. Responsible for overall performance of the project management team, including preparation of contract document reporting to the Director- Projects, provided complete services related to the project management, completed the project in three years to the entire satisfaction of the client.
Main Office for CRPF at Ranchi- a CPWD project completed on behalf of the contractors.
