- Work Out Quantities Correctly from Tender Drawings
- Work Out Bench Marking for Cost of a Module (A Particular Stage of Work)
- On Receiving GFC Drawings Work Out Quantities, Compare to that of Tender Drawings Act as the Revise Cost or Act Appropriately (Take Action to Reduce the Cost) as the Situation Demands
- At the Execution Stage Compile Data on Reaching the Predefined Stage
