Samir Banerji ,

A civil engineer from IIT Kharagpur, Samir Banerji has over 36 years of Indian and International experience in the field of construction and project management. He is responsible for setting up and leading the project management division in Xebec.

As Projects & Management Consultant, we provide specialized support to construction industry as Project Managers or provide required back office support as may be sought.

Being an active participant with the construction industry both in India and abroad we have tried to analyze the pitfalls of the Indian construction projects, the reasons for time overrun, cost overrun and other lacunas.
